The event is the Coldest Night of the Year walk to support WATTS, and it will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026.
The walk starts at 5pm at Braddock Street UMC and proceeds out Amherst Street to the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley and then back into town past the Handley Library and down the historic walking mall before returning to the starting location.
This is a great way to support a local charity addressing the homeless crisis in our area while being able to walk through the amazing history of Winchester.
