Join us for our third installment of our Nights in Nature Series! Several native nocturnal animals are found in the park, including the little brown bat, screech owls, flying squirrels, and more! During this interactive program, we’ll uncover some of the unique adaptations that these animals use to thrive in the dark. We’ll also explore the forest to see if we can hear calls or see any nocturnal species. This program includes a 1-mile hike on natural surface hiking trails with exposed rocks and roots.
