On Wednesday, October 7, Shenandoah University’s McCormick Civil War Institute will host a presentation and discussion with Valerie Still, author of the forthcoming book Still Family: William Still and the Legacy of the Underground Railroad.
Valerie is a descendant of William Still, one of the Underground Railroad’s most significant figures. The event will be held in Henkel Hall, Hester Auditorium, on the campus of Shenandoah University.
The event will begin at 7:00 p.m.
This event is free and open to the public.
