Join us for a special guided trolley tour of Winchester, Virginia.
This tour was researched by the Local Black History Task Force at the Handley Regional Library, and is featured in the African American Heritage brochure, available at the Winchester-Frederick County Visitors Center.
The tour will be narrated by Judy Humbert, and driven by Terry Sloane.
Admission is FREE, but spaces are limited! First-come, first serve. Children 6+ are welcome to attend.
