
The Employer Expo regional hiring fair is held each spring and fall, bringing together job seekers and growing employers from across the Northern Shenandoah Valley. This in-person event offers a direct opportunity to explore current job openings, learn about career pathways, and make meaningful connections with companies actively hiring.
Employers represent a range of industries and are on site to discuss open positions, workplace culture, and advancement opportunities, making the Expo a practical, efficient way for job seekers to take the next step in their careers while helping regional employers connect with local talent.

LOCATION – Shenandoah University | James R. Wilkins Athletics & Events Center

- Registration required.
- Space is limited to 70 employers and is available on a first come, first served basis.
- $175 payment by credit card required at time of registration.

Prepare in Advance: - Virginia Works will provide job seekers with resume review, labor market information, and interview preparation, along with access to job search tools and training programs through its local office to prepare for The Employer Expo.
